Disease Control
Even though we are on your lawn approx every 4-6 weeks, in the time when we are not there problematic symptoms can arise. We want to help you be watchful so that you can send us pictures and/or give us a call if you see something that needs addressed. Disease is one of the problematic issues that can occasionally arise in a lawn and needs to be addressed with fungicide applications if you want to have a healthy, green lawn.
Some people choose to take the gamble and see how much damage the disease actually does and others like to be proactive and treat it before it becomes a bigger problem. Untreated disease can lead to dead spots that need to be reseeded or re-sodded in order to prevent weeds from taking over in those areas. The best looking lawns get fungicide to remain green all summer long.

We tend to see disease on cool season lawns starting in mid May.
Warm Season
Common diseases found: Zoysia Patch, Fairy Ring, Brown Patch
We tend to see disease on warm season lawns starting in the spring as lawns are greening up.
